Free freight eligibility

Most eligible orders over $1,000 qualify for free freight to the contiguous United States. Loading docks, loading ramps and bridges are excluded. Some oversized, special-order and LTL-exception products require an order-specific freight review.

The shipping choices shown during checkout are based on the products in your cart and the delivery address you provide.

LTL and oversized delivery

Many large products ship by less-than-truckload freight. Where the checkout method states that freight is calculated and invoiced separately, Cliffhouse Buildings confirms that charge before dispatch.

Freight deliveries may require a forklift, skid steer, loader, loading dock or other suitable equipment to unload the shipment when the carrier arrives.

Local pickup in Gravois Mills

Local pickup is available at Cliffhouse Buildings, 706 N Main St, Gravois Mills, Missouri 65037. Eligible pickup orders over $1,000 receive a $200 checkout discount when the local pickup option is selected.

Product eligibility and pickup readiness can vary. Contact the team with the product name or SKU before traveling.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing depends on the product, fulfillment warehouse, destination, carrier availability and freight requirements. For a current estimate, request a freight review with the product name or SKU and destination ZIP code.

An estimate is planning guidance; final routing and dispatch details are confirmed for the specific order.
