Shipping, Freight Delivery & Local Pickup
Every item can be picked up free by appointment, but not every SKU is immediately stocked at our store. Some SKUs are transferred to the store after you order, so pickup may require transfer and scheduling time. For items that require hotshot delivery, free service applies within 250 driving miles; paid hotshot service may be available beyond 250 miles.
Free local pickup on every item
Free local pickup is available for every item by appointment at Cliffhouse Buildings, 706 N Main St, Gravois Mills, MO 65037. Place your order online, then schedule pickup. You or an authorized person collects the item.
Important: Not every SKU is stocked or ready for immediate pickup at the store. Some SKUs are transferred to our store after you order, so allow time for the transfer and pickup appointment. We will confirm availability, loading and timing before you travel.
We have a forklift and onsite loading assistance available for local pickups. Loading support is subject to the item, vehicle or trailer, site conditions and safe loading requirements; please tell us what you are bringing when you schedule pickup.
No delivery or carrier service is included with pickup.
Free standard LTL freight: TMG & Stinger
All TMG Industrial Products and Stinger Attachments ship free by standard LTL to delivery addresses in the contiguous United States. There is no order minimum.
This rule does not apply to fuel tanks, fuel trailers, loading ramps or bridge platforms; those products follow the hotshot-delivery rule below. Free local pickup remains available.
Free hotshot delivery within 250 driving miles
Fuel tanks, fuel trailers, loading ramps and bridge platforms receive free hotshot delivery within 250 driving miles of 706 N Main St, Gravois Mills, MO 65037.
Free hotshot delivery is included only after the delivery address is verified within the 250-driving-mile area. Unloading, liftgate, limited-access, appointment and other accessorial services are not included.
Paid hotshot service outside 250 driving miles
For fuel tanks, fuel trailers, loading ramps and bridge platforms that require hotshot delivery outside the verified 250-driving-mile area, paid hotshot service may be available for a shipping fee. Request a hotshot freight quote so we can verify the route, access requirements and charge.
This service is not free outside 250 driving miles. Delivery payment is unavailable until the shipping fee is approved.
Free local pickup by appointment remains available, subject to SKU transfer and scheduling time.
All other products
Products that do not qualify for the TMG/Stinger LTL rule or the special-item hotshot rule are available for free local pickup by appointment only. Carrier, parcel, ground, and other delivery services are not offered.
What to send for a hotshot freight quote
- Identify the product. Include the product name, SKU or product-page link.
- Provide the full delivery address. A driving-distance check is required for the 250-mile rule.
- Describe access and unloading. Note site constraints and any equipment available to unload.
- Share timing needs. Tell us about a project date or delivery deadline.
